- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring - so its pale green
- Second Frosting:
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate squares
