  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Karo
  • 1/2 tsp. mint extract
  • 2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Cook the sugar, water and Karo to 238°.

    Add extract.

    Stir in powdered sugar. Drop on waxed paper or marble slab in small patties.

    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
