- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can French fried onion rings, divided
- 1 c. sour cream, divided
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Pour into large casserole or pan.

3Stir in mushrooms and 2/3 can of onion rings.

4Heat mushroom soup and add 1/2 cup sour cream.

5Pour on top of meat mixture.

6Slice biscuits in half and place, cut side down, around edge of casserole.

7Mix 1/2 cup of sour cream.

8Add egg and pour over biscuits.

9Add remaining onion rings to top of meat mixture in middle.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden.
