Ingredients
- 3 large chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tablespoons mint and coriander leaves paste
- salt
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- 14 teaspoon garam masala
- 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 14 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Directions

1Heat oil in a skillet.

2Add the onions and fry till golden in colour.

3Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriander powder and green chillies.

4Mix.

5Fry for a few minutes.

6Add the chicken pieces.

7Cook on either side.

8Add the mint-corriander paste and yoghurt.

9Mix well.

10Add salt to taste.

11Sprinkle garam masala and cook till chicken is tender.

12Serve hot.
