- 1 package (about 10 Oz. Package) Mint Chocolate Cookies Like Grasshopper Cookies
- Chocolate Mint Buttercream Frosting
- 1/4 teaspoons Mint Extract

1Make cake mix as directed. Place one mint cookie in the bottom of each cupcake liner in a muffin pan. Fill cupcake liners with approximately 1/4 cup of cake mix. Bake according to directions on the box. Let cool. Frost with chocolate buttercream frosting with 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract. Easy peasy and oh so good!
