- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions

1In 3-quart casserole, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter.

2Microwave at 70% power for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Stir in chocolate chips until melted.

4Add marshmallow cream and peppermint extract, beating until blended. Pour into buttered 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

5Chill until set.

6Cut into squares.
