  • 1 pkg. (2 layer) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pt. dairy sour cream
  • 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (if desired)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease cookie sheets.

    In small mixer bowl, beat cake mix and sour cream with electric mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

    The batter will be stiff, so an electric mixer combines it best.

    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

    Drop by rounded spoonful 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.

    Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
