- 1 pkg. (2 layer) chocolate cake mix
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (if desired)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease cookie sheets.

3In small mixer bowl, beat cake mix and sour cream with electric mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

4The batter will be stiff, so an electric mixer combines it best.

5Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

6Drop by rounded spoonful 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.

7Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
