Mint Iced Coffee
4 ingredients
3 steps
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, fluid Cold Coffee
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
Directions
-
1Brew coffee to desired strength. I usually make mine in the French press and then leave it to steep overnight in the fridge.
-
2To make the syrup, bring water, maple syrup and mint leaves to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir constantly until maple syrup has completely dissolved. Once dissolved, remove mixture from heat and allow to cool. Pour mixture over a sieve into a glass container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
-
3To serve, pour the coffee over ice and then add in the desired amount of mint syrup. Stir to combine and enjoy!
