Mint Iced Coffee

4 ingredients
3 steps

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, fluid Cold Coffee
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves

Directions

  1. 1
Brew coffee to desired strength. I usually make mine in the French press and then leave it to steep overnight in the fridge.
  2. 2
To make the syrup, bring water, maple syrup and mint leaves to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir constantly until maple syrup has completely dissolved. Once dissolved, remove mixture from heat and allow to cool. Pour mixture over a sieve into a glass container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
  3. 3
To serve, pour the coffee over ice and then add in the desired amount of mint syrup. Stir to combine and enjoy!
