- 5 ripe pears
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 c. cream or milk
- 1/2 c. half and half
- cinnamon
Directions

1Arrange pear halves or sliced pears in unbaked pie shell.

2Mix flour, salt and sugar.

3Add cream mixture.

4Blend and pour over pears.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon.

6Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until cream is set.
