- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 bunch fresh mint (stems only)
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup water, and mint stems.

2Place over medium heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.

3Remove from heat; let cool.

4Strain through a sieve.

5Syrup can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
