- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 2 g butter
Directions

1Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes.

2Place butter into a frying pan over the hob until melted.

3Place potatoe slices into the pan and fry lightly until the potatoes absorb the melted butter.

4Cover the poatoes slices with dry mint.

5Continue to fry, occasionaly flipping them for 10-15 minutes until crisp and brown.
