  • 2 handfuls mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 100 ml distilled vinegar

Directions

    Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.

    Pour into a sealable jar and refrigerate for at least 2 days.
