- 1 small bunch mint leaves
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. orange juice
Directions

1Bruise the mint leaves; add the lemon juice and let them stand, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Dissolve sugar in water and boil without stirring until a fine thread spins.

3Take from fire; add the mint and lemon juice.

4Add orange juice.

5Cool and strain.
