- 1 pound fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves

4Add the lime juice and saute, stirring, until the lime juice is almost completely evaporated.
