- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. golden syrup
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 pinch cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup and honey in saucepan; cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.

2Add cream of tartar and boil for 20 minutes.

3Add vanilla, butter and peppermint.

4Return to boil; pour into buttered pan.

5Cool and pull until smooth; cut into squares.
