- 12 tea bags
- 1 3/4 c. sugar or to taste
- handful mint tips or 1 rounded tsp. mint flakes
- juice of 3 lemons (with the rinds)
Directions

1In a large crockery pitcher, place tea bags, sugar, mint tips or mint flakes and juice of lemons with the rinds.

2Pour a teapot of boiling water over this and let stand until cool.

3Strain into a gallon pitcher.

4Be sure to re-squeeze lemons and add enough water to make a gallon.

5Serve over ice.
