  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 bunch fresh lemon verbena (optional)
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • sugar (optional)

Directions

    Place 1 bunch mint and 1 bunch lemon verbena (including stems) in teapot.

    Pour in boiling water and allow to steep about 5 minutes.

    Add sugar, if desired.

    Serve in small Moroccan or other clear tea glasses.
