Minted Carrots

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. or a few drops mint (or mint oil)
  • 5 to 6 carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained

    Combine butter, honey and mint.

    Heat and add butter; continue heat until melted.

    Add hot carrots.

    Heat and stir occasionally until glazed.
