- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. or a few drops mint (or mint oil)
- 5 to 6 carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained
Directions

1Combine butter, honey and mint.

2Heat and add butter; continue heat until melted.

3Add hot carrots.

4Heat and stir occasionally until glazed.
