  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 12 lbs green peas, in the pods shucked
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped of fresh mint
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Melt the butter over medium heat in a medium saute pan until just foaming.

    Add the peas and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until just cooked through but not soft.

    Stir in the mint and salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve at once.
