- 2 tablespoons finely chopped of fresh mint
- salt & freshly ground black pepper

1Melt the butter over medium heat in a medium saute pan until just foaming.

2Add the peas and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until just cooked through but not soft.

3Stir in the mint and salt and pepper to taste.
