- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 14 cup creme de menthe

1Grease the inside of a pan by rubbing fat edge of a lamb chop over it.

2Brown chops over high heat 4-5 minutes on each side.

3Drain excess fat.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Add soy sauce and creme de menthe to pan.
