  • 1 loaf rustic bread round, top sliced off and reserved, insides removed
  • 2 1/2 ounces salami
  • 6 3/4 ounces red peppers drained, patted dry
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves
  • 2 ounces pitted green olives
  • 8 sun dried tomatoes drained
  • 7 ounces sliced ham
  • 2 1/2 ounces chorizo sausage sliced
  • 3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced

Directions

    Fill bread cavity with salami, red peppers and basil. Press down gently then top with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Press down again. Add ham, chorizo and mozzarella cheese. Press down. Place lid back on and secure with toothpicks. Chill for 1 hour then cut into 6 wedges.

    Serve with tomato and avocado salad.
