- 1 loaf rustic bread round, top sliced off and reserved, insides removed
- 2 1/2 ounces salami
- 6 3/4 ounces red peppers drained, patted dry
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
- 2 ounces pitted green olives
- 8 sun dried tomatoes drained
- 7 ounces sliced ham
- 2 1/2 ounces chorizo sausage sliced
- 3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced

Directions

1Fill bread cavity with salami, red peppers and basil. Press down gently then top with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Press down again. Add ham, chorizo and mozzarella cheese. Press down. Place lid back on and secure with toothpicks. Chill for 1 hour then cut into 6 wedges.
