  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • flavoring to taste (mint, vanilla, lemon, butter, etc., for chocolate, use cocoa)
  • food coloring

Directions

    Cream the cheese.

    Add sugar, flavoring and food coloring. Dough should be very stiff.

    If not stiff, add more sugar.

    Roll about 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in palm.

    Drop it in granulated sugar.

    Press it in mold and pop out.

    Makes about 80.
