- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cream
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add sugar and cream. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

3Bring to a rolling boil (turn heat back to high).

4Boil 1 minute.

5Remove from heat and beat immediately.

6When mixture begins to lose its gloss, spread quickly over cake in pan, while hot.

7Cool before cutting.
