- 260 grams Plain Flour
- 50 grams Castor Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 75 grams Butter (softened)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 120 ml Full cream milk OR Heavy cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 190c for 10 minutes.

2Sift flour with baking powder.

3Cream butter, sugar and salt until fluffy and well-combined.

4Add in egg, continue mixing until well combined.

5Add in vanilla.

6Gradually add in milk, a tablespoon at a time.

7Shape the dough into balls, and bake for 30 minutes.
