Miracle Pound Cake

   Cream

   Crisco and margarine.

   Add sugar and cream well. Add 1/2 flour and 1/2 milk, alternating and mixing well.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

   Add remaining flour and

   milk, mix well.

   Stir in vanilla.

   Pour in a greased and floured tube pan.

   Put in cold oven.

    Bake 1 hour at

    then turn oven to 350° and bake 25 minutes longer. Do not open oven until cake is done.
