  • 1 egg plus water to make 1 c.
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

    Beat thoroughly in a blender the oil, egg and water to make one cup, lemon juice, dry mustard and salt. Cook the flour, water and vinegar in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then blend into first mixture. Beat hard until smooth.
