  • 5 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1 c. miso
  • 1 c. shoyu
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. beer

Directions

    Debone and flatten the thighs.

    Mix the miso, sugar, shoyu and beer.

    Marinate chicken in it overnight.

    Broil the chicken over charcoal, basting occasionally.

    Or bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through the baking.
