- 1 c. miso
- 1 c. shoyu
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. beer
Directions

1Debone and flatten the thighs.

2Mix the miso, sugar, shoyu and beer.

3Marinate chicken in it overnight.

4Broil the chicken over charcoal, basting occasionally.

5Or bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through the baking.
