Classic Baked Mostaccioli

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
- 16 oz. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, stirring frequently, brown beef, onion and garlic over medium heat.

2Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Reduce heat.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Stir about 1 cup of sauce over mostaccioli mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and half cup Parmesan.

6Top with 2 cups of the sauce.

7Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
