- 1 ounce soy sauce
- 12 bunch scallion
- 1 teaspoon dark miso
- 1 lb cod, small pieces
- 12 bunch baby bok choy
- 12 bunch sugar snap pea
- 12 bunch napa cabbage
- salt
- pepper
- 1 avocado, thin sliced
Directions

1Heat mirin, soy, scallions and miso to form a smooth sauce.

2Let cool and then place cod in marinate.
