  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. peach jello
  • 8 fresh peaches, sliced thin
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells

    Combine water, cornstarch and sugar.

    Cook over medium heat until thick.

    Remove from stove and add peach jello.

    still warm, stir in peaches.

    Pour into baked pie shells. Chill and top with Cool Whip.
