- 4 eggs
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme or 1 bag miniature marshmallows
Directions

1Mix eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, cocoa and salt; beat until well blended.

2Fold in pecans.

3Spread batter evenly in baking pan or dish.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

5After removing pan from oven, place dollops of Marshmallow Creme on cake.

6Spread all over.

7Let cool for 1 hour, then frost.
