- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 (13 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
Directions

1Cake:

2Beat butter or margarine until creamy in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium-high speed.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Add coconut, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and walnuts.

5Don't beat (heavy batter).

6Spread batter in greased (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan.

7Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.

8As soon as cake is taken from oven, spread Marshmallow Creme over hot cake.

9Cool for 20 minutes.
