  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Cream 2 cups sugar and 3/4 cup margarine until light and fluffy.

    Blend in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Add combined flour and 2/3 cup cocoa; mix well.

    Stir in nuts and coconut.

    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Marshmallow Creme over top of cake.

    Cream margarine; blend in vanilla.

    Add combined sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy.
