- 3/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Cream 2 cups sugar and 3/4 cup margarine until light and fluffy.

2Blend in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

3Add combined flour and 2/3 cup cocoa; mix well.

4Stir in nuts and coconut.

5Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Marshmallow Creme over top of cake.

7Cool.

8Cream margarine; blend in vanilla.

9Add combined sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy.

10Spread over Marshmallow Creme.
