  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • miniature marshmallows
  • Chocolate Frosting

Directions

    Melt butter and cocoa together.

    Remove from heat and stir in sugar and beaten eggs; mix well.
  3. 3
    Spoon batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle marshmallows on warm cake and cover with Chocolate Frosting.
