  • 14 ounces green beans, cut
  • 14 ounces yellow beans, cut
  • 19 ounces red kidney beans
  • 19 ounces chickpeas
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup red onion, chopped
  • 12 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 23 cup white wine vinegar
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions

    Drain beans and rinse with cold water.

    Combine in a large bowl and add celery, onion, and green pepper.

    Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well.

    Pour over vegetables, mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
