- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail in juice, chilled and undrained
Directions

1Thaw banana slightly to room temperature; slice into pieces. Crush ice in towel with rolling pin or hammer.

2Place fruit cocktail, along with juice and crushed ice in blender.

3With blender on low speed, add banana, processing until well blended and smooth.

4Makes 3 cups.
