  • 1 cup apples chopped
  • 1 cup bananas sliced
  • 8 ounces pineapple chunks unsweetened, drained
  • 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 13 cup mayonnaise reduced calories
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 16 each lettuce leaves optional

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves.

    Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
