  • 2 c. skim milk, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 ladyfingers
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie strawberry jam, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. cream sherry
  • 1 c. halved strawberries
  • 1 c. chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 c. halved seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 c. halved red grapes
  • 1 fresh strawberry, sliced
  • fresh mint sprig

Directions

    Combine 1 3/4 cups milk, sugar and eggs in medium saucepan. Combine remaining 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring well. Add to milk mixture.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

    Stir in vanilla. Freeze 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
