- 3 bunches turnip greens
- 3 bunches mustard greens
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- 3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 6 smoked neckbones
Directions

1Boil neckbones in water about 30 minutes or until tender.

2Pick greens.

3Wash greens 3 times or until water is clean.

4Put greens in the pot with neckbones.

5Boil on low for 2 hours.

6Cook 30 minutes.

7Add salt, sugar and bell pepper.

8May add turnip if desired.

9Slice 4 turnips.

10Wash and add to greens.

11Let greens cook on low with turnips 1 hour.

12Cook greens 2 hours.

13Cook neckbones 30 minutes before adding greens.
