  • 8 each smoked sausage links (3 oz./85 g each)
  • 8 each bratwurst (3 oz./85 g each)
  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 3 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 24 each French bread rolls, partially split

    Heat grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill sausages 5 min.

    on each side or until done (160 degrees F).

    Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices; set aside.

    Meanwhile, saute vegetables in hot oil on medium heat 5 min.

    Stir in sausage and barbecue sauce; cook 5 min.

    or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    For each serving: Fill 1 roll with about 1 cup (250 mL) of the meat mixture just before serving.
