Mixed Squash Casserole

  • 2 -3 yellow squash
  • 2 -3 zucchini
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 packages crackers
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Directions

    Boil squash and zucchini in small amount of water, until tender.

    Drain.

    Place a layer of vegetables in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with crackers crumbs and cheese.

    Add a layer of celery soup.

    Repeat until all ingredients are used.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
