- 2 -3 yellow squash
- 2 -3 zucchini
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 packages crackers
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup margarine
Directions

1Boil squash and zucchini in small amount of water, until tender.

2Drain.

3Place a layer of vegetables in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with crackers crumbs and cheese.

4Add a layer of celery soup.

5Repeat until all ingredients are used.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7Dot with margarine.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
