  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted oleo

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs and oleo. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350°.

    Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted oleo.
