- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- any cut roast (eye of round works great)
Directions

1Pat roast all over with black pepper and poppy seed.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Pour over roast.

4Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 days.

5Cook (covered) for 3 to 4 hours at 300° or until done (with marinade).

6Use marinade for sauce when serving.
