  • 1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook vegetables until tender and drain well.

    Add celery, onion and cheese.

    Place in greased baking dish.

    Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
