Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • chopped tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream
  • favorite taco sauce or salsa

Directions

    Cook ground beef, onions and seasoning mix together until meat turns color; drain.

    Put in a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan. Spread beans on top of meat.

    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs; pour over beans.

    Bake at 400° until brown.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and put back into oven until cheese is melted.

    Serve with remaining ingredients.
