- 2 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, coffee and vanilla.

2Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda; add to coffee mixture.

3Beat until smooth.

4Pour into a greased 15-in.x10-in.x1-in. baking pan.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly touched.

6Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

7Cool before cutting.
