  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1 cup coconut

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 4 tbsp coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 4 tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • Glaze
  • 2 tsp instant coffee crystals
  • 4 tsp hot water
  • 4 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter
