  • 1 gal. cold fat-free milk
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
  • 4 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding
  • 2 qt. OREO Pieces-Small, divided
  • 1 qt. fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups prepared sugar-free whipped topping

    Stir milk and coffee granules with whisk until coffee is dissolved.

    Beat in dry pudding mixes until well blended.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Place 2 Tbsp.

    OREO Pieces in each of 32 (8-oz.)

    parfait glasses (or in each of 8 glasses for trial recipe); top with 1/4 cup pudding.
