- 1/3 cup , Suisse Mocha or any other flavor
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 3 cups milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix coofee, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil.

4(Pudding thickens as it cools.)

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in vanilla.

7Cool 20 minutes; stir.

8Stir before serving.

9Serve warm or chilled.
