  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken thighs, boned and cut into pieces
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. mochi flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • green onion, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Add chicken to mixture; let stand for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.

    Fry or grill until done.
